Chris Hugh-Jones is Equitas’ Managing Director. Previously Chris was a structured finance lawyer and banker, having worked in Melbourne for Herbert Smith Freehills, and in London for Barings, Credit Suisse and UBS. He has extensive experience in hedge funds and collective investment schemes, and a sophisticated understanding of the risks and capabilities of multi-asset class investing.

Jack Whittaker is Equitas’ General Counsel and Company Secretary. Previously Jack worked with Ashurt, one of Australia’s leading law firms, before moving in-house, where he has had an extensive career supporting private equity stakeholders. As well as being a corporate lawyer, Jack is a compliance, regulatory and risk management expert.
